LITIGATION LAW GROUP

The Litigation Law Group of Diaz-Bastien & Truan provides advice and assistance on a wide range of contentious matters and arbitration, both nationally and internationally.

This Group comprises a large team of trial attorneys that are highly specialised and experienced in contentious cases subject to different laws and involving parties from different jurisdictions.

The members of the Group deal with all aspects of judicial proceedings and international arbitration in Spain and abroad, appearing before the Spanish courts in international judicial proceedings and in Spanish judicial and arbitrations with international connections.

The group advises clients on issues specific to these procedures, such as enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitration awards in Spain and Spanish judgments abroad, the choice of forum and jurisdictional conflicts, service of judicial documents in Spain, obtaining evidence through letters rogatory, precautionary measures on property in Spain or abroad, and international arbitration.

With the assistance of an international network of local lawyers, the firm provides support to other firms and Spanish clients involved in legal proceedings outside our country.

Members of the Group act as arbitrators and advise on international and Spanish arbitrations, and are registered with the main international arbitration institutions and courts.
